Koshigaya Park will come alive when Chill Fest returns to the iconic Campbelltown Park in July.

The popular winter event will run during the July school holidays, from July 4 to 20.

The exciting variety of winter attractions will include an ice-skating rink, amusement rides, sideshow games, live entertainment, roaming performers and timed snowfall.

“Chill Fest has become a beloved winter tradition in Campbelltown, bringing carnival attractions to our CBD and welcoming visitors from across Sydney,” says Mayor Darcy Lound, pictured above with a friend at Koshigaya Park.

“It’s great to see this wonderful winter event continue to grow each year and I encourage everyone to find their warmest clothes and join us for what is shaping up to be another great year for this fantastic event,” Mayor Lound said.

A delicious range of winter food and drink options will be available throughout the festival with carnival treats and beverages to enjoy at the Winter Village, alongside a firepit to toast marshmallows.

An inclusive two-hour quiet session with no lights, music or announcements will be offered to visitors with disability and their carers on Tuesday, July 8.

Quiet session tickets can be booked by completing an expression of interest form on council’s website, and remember that spots are limited.

Everyone’s also invited to the opening night celebration on Friday, July 4, from 6pm, featuring live performances and a commencement speech from Mayor Lound.
