We’re only into the first full day of campaigning for the 2022 federal election, but the Greater Narellan Business Chamber has already announced it will be holding a candidates’ breakfast on Thursday, May 5.

Chamber president Steve Moore says the special federal election breakfast event will feature the seat of Hume, currently held by the energy minister, Angus Taylor.

Mr Moore said everyone’s invited to attend the breakfast where each of the candidates for Hume will participate in a panel discussion.

Solicitor Jim Marsden will be the moderator for the panel discussion, which will focus on the policies of each of the candidates for Hume for the 2022 federal election, to be held on Saturday, May 21.

Members of the audience will also be invited to ask questions as part of a Q&A session following the panel discussion.

The seat of Hume takes in the Big Merino town of Goulburn, Wollondilly Shire, parts of Camden and iconic locations such as the Australian Botanic Garden at Mt Annan and the Campbelltown campus of Western Sydney University.
