Have you recently started a new business in Macarthur?

Is your home based business starting to outgrow that space?

Would you benefit from working alongside other like-minded entrepreneurs who are also growing their business?

Do you need a business mentor and access to a variety of professional support services to help your business grow to the next level?

If you answered “yes’’ to these questions, then you may be eligible to apply for one of two Greater Narellan Chamber business  development scholarships.

The Narellan Chamber has again partnered with the Business Development Centre Macarthur (BDCM) to offer two of its members the opportunity to receive a free business development scholarship.

The scholarships are valued more than $15,000.

The three month business development scholarships will be based at the Business Development Centre Macarthur’s Sprout Workspace Centre in Smeaton Grange, and will provide the successful recipients with expert business coaching and support to help their business reach new heights.

However, subject to the coronavirus situation, the scholarships may be offered remotely online.

Applications are now open and will close at 5pm on April 15.

There is no cost to submit your application.

The applications will be assessed by a panel of representatives from the Greater Narellan Business Chamber executive committee and the Macarthur Business Development Centre.

The successful applicants will be notified between April 20 and 27.

The scholarship runs for three months and begins on May 1, with weekly mentoring sessions each Friday morning.

The weekly sessions are held at the Macarthur Business Development Centre, 70 Topham Road, Smeaton Grange.

The recipients will have access to the Sprout Workspace at the Macarthur Business Development Centre, as well as access to a range of services and facilities for another three months following the scholarship.
