A sawn off bolt action rifle, prohibited weapons including a crossbow, two zombie knives and a quantity of cannabis were among items seized when police executed a search warrant at a home near Campbelltown last week.
Detectives attached to Sydney City Police Area Command executed the search warrant at a home in Macquarie Fields Just after 6am on Thursday, May 12.
The search warrant was obtained in relation to an aggravated break, enter and steal which occurred in the Sydney CBD in April.
Police allege that the items seized during the search were related to the aggravated break and enter.
A 29-year-old man was arrested and taken to Campbelltown Police Station where he was charged.
The was refused bail and appeared before Campbelltown Local Court on the following day, Friday, May 13.
He faces charges of possessing an unauthorised firearm, aggravated break and enter of a dwelling in company and steal, three counts of possessing a prohibited weapon, and possessing a prohibited drug.

In other news, police are appealing for information to locate a teenage girl missing from Narellan Vale since Friday.
Takoda Anetelea, aged 14, was last seen when she was dropped off at school around 8am on May 13).
When she did not return home from school, police from Camden Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for her welfare due to her age.
Takoda, pictured, is described as being of Pacific Islander appearance, approximately 160cm tall, medium build, with black hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing her school uniform consisting of blue pants, white blouse and a blue jacket.
