Local residents have been given the opportunity to help shape the future of outdoor activities in Campbelltown.
Strategies to manage sport and recreation facilities for the next generation include submissions from the ratepayers.
Campbelltown City Council has engaged sport and leisure planning consultants Otium Planning Group and Oneighty Sport and Leisure Solutions to assist in creating the strategies.
But they also want to hear your thoughts.

Mayor of Campbelltown, Cr Paul Hawker, said council recognised the importance of sport and recreation to the community and was committed to developing a comprehensive plan to achieve the best results for residents.
“Campbelltown is experiencing major growth, and we need to ensure that our investment in recreational facilities and play spaces supports the long term needs of our community,” Cr Hawker said.
“The development of a play space strategy and a sport and recreation strategy will be vital to future planning and will help to guide council in the provision of facilities and services to the community for years to come.
“I encourage residents to get involved and share their ideas, and help to shape the future of sport and recreation in our city,” Cr Hawker said.
