Colliers and CBRE, under instructions from the appointed receivers and managers will market Stages 3 to 6 of Wilton Greens, a major residential development for 2,396 homes and enterprise, retail and school site neighbourhood.

Colliers agents Joseph Lin, Joe Sacco and Guillaume Volz alongside CBRE agents Ben Wicks and Alex Mirzaian are managing the campaign.

The property is being offered for sale via an Expressions of Interest campaign closing on September 3.

Located within the rapidly growing Macarthur region, the 332.18-hectare landholding is held in a single ownership.

The endorsed neighbourhood plan includes future employment areas.

The staged residential development opportunity provides developers and investors with the ability to deliver a diverse range of housing options, including standard residential lots, larger lifestyle lots and integrated housing within the established Wilton Greens master planned community.

“The investment market is placing an increasing premium on projects that offer scale, planning certainty and a clear pathway to delivery,’’ says ,” said Joseph Lin.

“As governments focus on accelerating housing supply, opportunities capable of delivering thousands of new homes within established growth corridors are attracting strong interest from developers and investors.

“Wilton Greens presents a rare opportunity to secure a substantial residential development platform within one of Sydney’s fastest-growing regions. The combination of scale, planning progress and long-term growth fundamentals creates a compelling proposition for sophisticated capital,’’ he said.

The offering forms part of the broader Wilton Growth Area, which is forecast to accommodate more than 15,000 new homes under the Wilton 2040 Plan.

The region continues to benefit from significant infrastructure investment, including upgrades to the Picton Road interchange and the future Wilton Town Centre Precinct which is planned to deliver approximately 1,600 new homes, retail and commercial uses and a central bus terminal.

Population across Wilton is forecast to grow by approximately 2.9 per cent annually through 2035, while the broader Macarthur region recorded a Gross Regional Product of more than $22.21 billion in 2025.
