The return of Jahream Bula, Api Koroisau, Alex Twal and Heamasi Makasini will give Wests Tigers a massive boost in their clash with the Bulldogs this Saturday.
And after three losses on the trot their return could not have been timed better.
Bula, Koroisau and Twal will add a massive amount of experience into the relatively young Tigers line up, while rising star Makasini brings a big body and the ability to break through the defensive line.
The Tigers will need all that and more against the Bulldogs, who ended their losing streak last week with a gutsy win against Melbourne.
It’s worth noting, too, that the round 13 match-up is scheduled for the Parramatta football stadium thus offering neither side home ground advantage.
The Tigers, who are coming off a bye in Round 12, have reshuffled their backline to accommodate the players returning from injury or suspension.
Naturally Jahream Bula – pictured above – returns to fullback, while Sunia Turuva moves into centre following injury to Taylan May (shoulder) and a suspension to Patrick Herbert.
Jeral Skelton comes into the starting side from the interchange bench, with Tino Tavana returning from the NSW Cup.
Heamasi Makasini also returns at centre after recovering from a left foot injury.
Api Koroisau and Alex Twal return to the starting side, after missing through suspension and injury respectively.
The match will kick off from 5.30pm.
