Campbelltown Hospital will once again be the beneficiary of the 2026 Retired and Former Police Association (RFPA) Macarthur branch annual golf day fundraiser.

This year the fundraiser will be held on Thursday, May 28.

It will be the fourth time it has been held, with the inaugural golf day held in 2023.

Camden Lakeside golf club, which hosted the previous three, will once again be the venue chosen by the RFPA.

Organiser Stephen Reeves, who has been there from the start, confirmed money raised will help Campbelltown Hospital.

“We are hoping to raise enough money to buy a Bladder Scan i10,’’ he told the South West Voice.

The i10 is a next generation bladder scanner.

“This technology reduces unnecessary catheterization by nearly 50 percent, lowering the risk of infection,’’ Mr Reeves said.

As well as trophies to the winners of the four person ambrose competition, a raffle and a silent auction help raise funds in what is a fun day.

Registration and breakfast from 7am are followed by a shotgun start at 8am.

Cost is $150 per player for 18 holes of golf on a highly rated course paired in a cart. Each player receives two golf balls, breakfast and lunch.

Prizes for nearest the pin on two holes (third and 14th), and longest drive on the second and 15th holes.

If you wish to support the day or require further information contact Roger on 0412 409 905 or email him at rogerandlorraine.health@gmail.com
