The highly anticipated Bingara Gorge Country Club is a step closer with the lodegment of a development application with Wollondilly Shire Council by Metro Property Group to build a contemporary leisure and entertainment amenity.
The Country Club is expected to create more than100 jobs during construction and over 100 permanent positions. Subject to DA, completion is expected late 2024.
Designed by an award-winning Sydney based design practice H&E Architects, the modern pavilions style venue is expected to accommodate between 800 – 1000 people.
Facilities will include a family bistro and bar, large outdoor kids play area, beer garden, sports bar and multiple function spaces.
The ground floor building will total 2,473 square metres with an outdoor floor area of 2,657 square metres.

“The Country Club forms an integral part of Bingara Gorge’s masterplan, already featuring a Graham Marsh 18-hole golf course and modern recreational facilities including a gym, tennis courts and swimming pools.”
Bingara Gorge is a 450-hectare site that will comprise 1800 homes when completed in 2024.
More than 900 homes have already been completed with more than 2,000 residents now living in the community.
Over 200 hectares of open spaces, a golf course, playgrounds, tennis courts, walk and cycle paths, leisure centre, retail shops, childcare and primary school will feature in the development.
And of course the Country Club.
