Top of the range Macarthur housing estate Harrington Grove has picked up another major award.

Michelia Club, the most recently completed of Harrington Grove’s community facilities, took out an honour at this year’s Master Builders Association (MBA) excellence in construction awards.

Michelia Club won the Hospitality buildings – new up to $10 million award.

The awards were held at The Star Sydney earlier this month.

Opened in May this year, Michelia Club joined the Harrington Grove Country Club and Magnolia Club as destinations for Harrington Grove’s discerning residents.

It comes complete with a full-sized tennis court, swimming pool, barbecue facilities, children’s playground, picnic areas, gazebo, communal seating areas and a gymnasium.

The builder, Dynamic Projects Pty Ltd, entered Michelia Club into the MBA awards.

The nomination paid tribute to the collaborative efforts of all stakeholders and singled out the multitude of high end design features, including the feature stone façade, parquetry flooring and tongue-and-groove ceilings with exposed roof members.

The seamless synergy between indoor and outdoor spaces was also paramount to the project.

The awards are among the most prestigious in the industry, attracting a great volume of entries from right across NSW from the highest quality buildings.

“We are proud to have it as part of the community and grateful to the Dynamic Projects team for their quality output,” he said.
