Three 13 year old girls will be back in court this week after being refused bail over the assault of a 14 year old teenage girl on Friday night in Claymore.
The trio appeared at Parramatta Children’s Court on Saturday to face charges over the alleged assault of the victim.
It is alleged the trio approached the 14 year old at a bus stop in Claymore around 7pm.
It is also alleged the older girl was forced at knifepoint to the end of Longstaff Way where she was punched and kicked.
Police allege the girl was then forced to strip before she was whipped with a phone cord while being recorded, before the trio left with her top, pants, shoes and mobile phone.
PolAir was called to assist in a search for those allegedly involved, with three girls arrested a short time later in Claymore, and their mobile phones seized.
All were taken to Campbelltown Police Station where they were charged.
One of the accused was charged with aggravated robbery with offensive weapon, and being in possession of child abuse material.
The other two girls, also aged 13, were each charged with two offences, aggravated robbery with an offensive weapon, and with making child abuse material.
Police allege the injured girl was known to the three girls.
All three will appear in Campbelltown Children’s Court this Friday, August 22.
