X-Golf Macarthur will be raising funds for local charity Youth Solutions as part of X-Golf for Good this October and November.
The six-week initiative will offer Macarthur locals the chance to partake in indoor golf challenges, attend events, make donations and get involved in a major national silent auction.
For X-Golf Macarthur, the team chose to shine a spotlight on Youth Solutions to support its work educating and empowering young people across the region to make safer choices, prevent drug and alcohol-related harm and build healthier, more connected lives.
Operations manager Steve Goodluck said that X-Golf is all about cultivating community.
And he added, X-Golf for Good is an opportunity to unite golfers from all walks of life in support of a cause that matters locally.
“For us, it’s all about bringing people together and this is a great opportunity to utilise our local network of indoor golfers to support an organisation doing such important work here,’’ he said.
“Youth Solutions provides essential support to the local community and we’re proud to be able to get behind them and help raise awareness for the work they do.”
X-Golf for Good is part of X-Golf’s ongoing commitment to being an active member of the communities surrounding its venues, using its national network to support organisations making a meaningful local impact.
Last year, the X-Golf network raised over $21,000 for the Starlight Children’s Foundation.

- Enter the free national tournament for a share of a $1,500 prize pool
- Chippies for Charity sees $2 from every serve of chips donated directly
- Fundraising challenges include Mini Game Blitz, nearest-the-pin and hole-in-one competitions, with cash and prizes up for grabs
- The Event Night Scramble runs from 26 to 30 October, where teams of up to four players take on a nine-hole scramble with X-Golf merchandise awarded to the top three teams
- The Community Night on 29 October brings charities, partners and players together to celebrate a good cause
- The national silent auction runs during the final two weeks, featuring prizes such as luxury holidays, sports memorabilia and wine packages
