The community is getting their first look at the design for the new Prestons ambulance station to be built at Enterprise Circuit.
The modern, purpose-built station will provide a high-quality workplace for local paramedics.
It will feature internal parking for up to 10 emergency ambulance vehicles, on-site vehicle wash facilities, administration and logistics areas, multipurpose spaces, staff amenities including a gym, and on-site parking.
Construction is expected to begin on the new station later this year, following planning approval and the appointment of a building contractor.
NSW Ambulance identified Prestons as a high priority location following a comprehensive service planning process using best practice modelling software to map Triple Zero (000) calls.
The new ambulance station will optimise response performance to better meet the emergency and mobile medical care needs of the local community.
It’s one of several new ambulance stations to be built in South Western Sydney, including Raby, the Aerotropolis and Bargo.

“This new ambulance station will help improve emergency response capability across the Liverpool area, while supporting the dedicated paramedics who work around the clock to keep us safe.’’
Member for Leppington Nathan Hagarty said a new ambulance station for Prestons is a major investment in local frontline emergency services.
‘With capacity for up to 10 ambulances and modern facilities for our hardworking paramedics, this new station will strengthen mobile healthcare across our growing community,’’ he said.
“Our paramedics deserve facilities that match the vital work they do every day. This new station will help them continue providing the highest standard of care where it’s needed most.’’
