One of Australia’s leading employment services providers, Asuria, will host an employer business lunch in Campbelltown next month.

The gathering will bring together business leaders to explore strategies for accessing skilled candidates and building inclusive workplaces.

Asuria is delivering the new Inclusive Employment Australia program across the Macarthur region and other parts of Sydney.

The lunch will be hosted by MC and keynote speaker Wayne Herbert, a champion for disability and LGBTIQ inclusion.

He will be joined by an expert panel including Jo Ingold, professor of Business (Human Resource Management) at Peter Faber Business School, Australian Catholic University, whose teaching and research encompasses workplace inclusion of under-leveraged talent.

They will be accompanied by Saraya O’Connell, chief operating officer of Hotel Etico Australia, who leads the way in inclusive hospitality with over 16 years in disability services, driving programs that empower people with disabilities through employment and independent living.

Also on the panel will be Alex Jones, senior manager at the Sydney Opera House with more than 15 years’ experience across corporate, government, and community sectors.

Jones also boasts cultural leadership roles with major events, including the Melbourne Deaflympics Cultural Festival and the Australian Deaf Games.

Focus of the gathering will be on addressing the recruitment needs of Macarthur region businesses, with the panel discussing practical solutions for current labour market challenges while showcasing the comprehensive support available through Asuria’s delivery of Inclusive Employment Australia.

“The Macarthur Employer Business Lunch will provide a valuable opportunity for local businesses to learn about practical support and recruitment support, along with inclusive workplace recruitment solutions and practices available through our programs,” says Nicole Grainger-Marsh, the chief executive officer of Asuria Australia (pictured above).

“We’re excited to share how businesses can access a diverse pool of skilled, job-ready candidates while building inclusive workplaces and receiving ongoing support to ensure successful, sustainable employment outcomes for more people with disability.”

Business owners, HR managers, and recruitment specialists interested in learning about inclusive recruitment strategies and accessing skilled candidates are encouraged to attend.

The lunch will be held on Tuesday, February 10, 12-2pm, at Rydges Hotel. To register for the Macarthur Employer Business lunch, visit https://www.asuria.com.au/asuriaemployerlunchcampbelltown2026
