Birling, one of South Western Sydney’s newest residential communities, has achieved another major milestone with development approval granted for stages 3 to 5.
This next phase will deliver 227 new residential lots, further strengthening Birling’s contribution to housing supply in one of Australia’s fastest-growing regions.
The announcement builds on strong momentum for the project west off The Northern Road, with stages 1 and 2 now completely sold out and land registrations on track for late this year.
Interest in Birling continues to grow, with more than 12,000 prospective buyers now registered.
To mark this next chapter, Birling have launched expressions of interest for its upcoming Hilltop release 1, comprising the first 25 lots from stage 3.
Interested buyers who wish to participate in this first land release must visit the Birling sales office in person between Monday, August 11 and Tuesday, August 19 for exclusive access during this initial release window.
Sales manager Katie Morrison says demand for land in the region remains incredibly strong.
“We’ve been overwhelmed by the support from the community,’’ says Ms Morrison.
“Buyers are recognising the quality of the offering here at Birling, both in terms of location and the thoughtfulness that’s gone into its planning. This release reflects our commitment to delivering family friendly living options that respond to real market needs.”

Community consultation continues to shape Birling’s green spaces, with planning now under way for a new landmark park, an important green heart of the neighbourhood.
Earlier this year, Cameron Brae hosted a co-creation workshop and community survey with strong interest in shaded play areas, nature-based zones, walking paths, and social gathering spots.
These insights are directly shaping the park’s concept design, reinforcing Birling’s commitment to people-first placemaking.
Construction across the first stages is progressing rapidly. A newly released video update shows bulk earthworks, road networks, and services infrastructure are well underway in stages 1 and 2.
Birling is also ideally positioned to benefit from the broader transformation of Greater Western Sydney.
Located just minutes from the Bradfield City Centre and Western Sydney International Airport, Birling offers residents access to a growing hub of jobs, transport, green space, and education opportunities.
With the Bradfield Master Plan now approved, the emerging city is set to deliver 20,000 jobs, 10,000 homes, and major public amenities such as a central park and natural swimming hole.
