These three local businesses from the Macarthur region have won top honours at this year’s Women with Altitude Awards.

Erin Bailey, of Her Healing Hub, which operates out of Camden, won the Emerging Leader award, which recognises individuals who demonstrate outstanding potential, innovation, and a deep commitment to creating a positive impact in their careers.

Kelly Wiseman, of Autistic Gem, based at Oran Park, took out the Purpose Driven Entrepreneur award – in recognition of those entrepreneurs who drive positive social, environmental, or community impact by integrating purpose and values into their business practices.

Nicole Fox, Fox & Co Finance, was the winner of the Money Maestro award for businesses or professionals excelling in financial services through expertise in management, advising, or innovation.

The three Macarthur winners received their awards at the presentation ceremony, pictured above.

This year marked the 12th anniversary of the awards, with new and extra categories and an outstanding standard of finalists.

“The Altitude Awards are about recognising the extraordinary talent, resilience, and community contributions of business owners and leaders across Australia,’’ says Andrea Turner-Boys, the founder of Women With Altitude.

“Our 12th year has been one of the most competitive yet, showcasing the incredible depth of inspiration and innovation in our communities, including Macarthur.’’
