Police are appealing for public assistance this morning to locate a man missing from Macquarie Fields.

Philip Talmage, aged 77, was last seen at Macquarie Fields about 3pm yesterday (Sunday, November 3).

When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Campbelltown City Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for his welfare.

Philip, pictured at right, is described as being of Caucasian appearance, of a medium build, about 175cm tall, with short grey hair.

Philip may be driving a grey coloured 1994 Toyota Landcruiser with NSW registration MEG79T, pictured above.

Anyone with information into his whereabouts is urged to contact Campbelltown Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.

Another missing person case form Campbelltown has ended tragically.

A body has been found in the search for a 19-year-old man reported missing to officers attached to Campbelltown City Police Area Command.

The body is yet to be identified but is believed to be that of 19-year-old Ben Sebastian Wilhelm.

Initial inquiries suggest his death is not suspicious.

He had been reported missing on Saturday.

Police inquiries had revealed that he had taken a train from Sydney to Coffs Harbour, arriving the day before (Friday).
