From next Monday, you will be able to make a splash in Campbelltown’s brilliant Billabong Parklands pools seven days a week.
Council has just announced that it has brought forward the summer season from November to September 30, which is next Monday.
Which is great news for local mums and dads with the last school holidays of the year almost upon us.
Indeed, the spring holidays start on Monday, September 30 and conclude j October 11.
Council says Billabong visitors will be able to enjoy the pools from 10am to 5.30pm, Monday through to Sunday.
“As the weather continues to heat up, it’s important we offer local families the full Campbelltown Billabong Parklands experience,” says Campbelltown Council CEO Lindy Deitz.
“The pools have received great support on weekends, since opening in August, and our summer season is a great chance to keep the heat away throughout the week, alongside our splash park and shaded seating,” Ms Deitz said.
Families can also enjoy a variety of school holiday programs and activities at the Billabong during the school holidays, including:
Inflatable Fun Day – Monday 30 September, 10.30am to 4.30pm
Mascot Meet and Greet – Tuesday 1 October, 11.30am to 12pm
Hidden Creatures Scavenger Hunt – Thursday 3 October, 10am to 5pm
Paper Plane Creation – Friday 4 October, 11.30am to 1pm
Magic Show – Thursday 10 October, 11am to 12pm
Art and Craft – Friday 11 October, 11am to 12pm
