Get ready to delve into the twisted and thrilling world of family secrets, as Camden hosts author Benjamin Stevenson.

The highly acclaimed stand-up comedian and Ned Kelly Awards-shortlisted author of Everyone in My Family Has Killed Someone will be appearing at the Camden Civic Centre on Wednesday, May 24 between 6.30pm and 7.30pm.

Everyone in My Family Has Killed Someone is currently in development as an HBO series.

And with a highly anticipated sequel hot on its heels for release in late 2023, Stevenson is firmly establishing a notable place in the mystery genre in Australia and internationally.

Mayor of Camden, Cr Ashleigh Cagney, said she was thrilled to be welcoming to Camden such a talented author to talk about his highly acclaimed work.

“It’s set to be a fun-filled night, where they can sit back, relax and hear from one of Australia’s most celebrated authors,” Cr Cagney said.

“It’s fantastic we’re able to offer such quality events like this, where people can access such incredible talent right in their backyards.

“We’re so proud to be holding this event in association with Sydney Writers Festival.”

Bookings for this event are essential. Tickets for the event are $10 and will include light refreshments.
